TÜV Rheinland Italia organizza il corso Online “Nuovo Regolamento Europeo per la Privacy. Cosa cambia e come prepararsi: il percorso verso la compliance”

Il General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – 2016/679), ovvero il nuovo regolamento europeo sulla Privacy, abrogherà la Direttiva Europea 95/46/CE e quindi farà decadere il D.Lgs 196/2003, l’attuale legge sulla privacy italiana. Gli stati avranno l’obbligo di recepire il nuovo regolamento, con nuove norme, entro il 25 maggio 2018. Nel nuovo modello organizzativo di gestione del dato personale dovranno essere considerati i nuovi principi di privacy by design e privacy by default, i processi di comunicazione a seguito del data breach e la richiesta di un ruolo proattivo del Titolare; è fondamentale anche la comprensione del nuovo ruolo di Responsabile dei Dati Personali (RDP) o Data Protection Officer (DPO).

TÜV Rheinland Italia organizza un corso rivolto a imprenditori e amministratori, responsabili finanziari, amministrativi e IT, responsabili Sistemi di gestione e di Risk Management, e responsabili della Sicurezza delle Informazioni, con l’obiettivo di trattare i principali aspetti della nuova normativa e le nuove responsabilità del Titolare e del Responsabile Dati Personali.

L’evento avrà luogo il 22 febbraio 2017, in diretta web, dalle 10.00 alle 13.00, al costo di 290 € + IVA a iscritto e prevede un attestato di partecipazione per tutti i partecipanti.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – 2016/679), the new European Regulation about Privacy, is going to substitute the European Directive 95/46/CE and consequently, the Italian law about privacy, D.Lgs 196/2003, will be no more valid. The countries have to adopt the new regulation, with new standards, within May 25th 2018. In the new organizational model for personal data management, the new principles privacy by design and privacy by default and the communication processes following the data breach must be considered, and a proactive role of the Owner is requested; the understanding of the role of Personal Data Responsible (RDP) and Data Protection Officer (DPO) is also very important.

TÜV Rheinland Italia organizes a course addressed to businessmen and administrators, financial responsible, administrative people and IT, Management Systems and Risk Management responsible, and Security Information responsible, with the aim of deepen the main aspects of the new regulation and the new responsibilities of the Owner and the Responsible of Personal Data.

The event takes place on February 22nd, 2017, live on web, from 10.00 to 13.00, at the cost of 290 € + VAT per person, and a certificate of attendance will be provided to all the participants.
